Shipping
Original Paintings
Please allow 5-10 business days for your artwork to be packaged and shipped. It will be worth the wait! During this time updates will not be provided on the progress of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking email after 10 business days please send an email to hebehicks@gmail.com for help.
A note on shipping: all my original paintings are wrapped and packed with utmost care to ensure they reach their new homes in perfect condition. This love and care is reflected in the cost of shipping. If you are based in London, and would prefer to collect my South West London Studio, please send an email to hebehicks@gmail.com and we can organise a collection date. Shipping on orders with arranged collection with be re-funded. If you have any questions please send me an email: hebehicks@gmail.com.
Fine Art Prints

Duty/Customs Taxes
Please note that our shipping fees do not include duty/customs charges which may be applicable to your order. Duty/customs taxes and/or fees vary per country and are the buyer's responsibility. Hebe Hicks cannot be held responsible for any tax/duty payments.

We hope you LOVE your artwork and that it brings you lots of joy! If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any artworks that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Hebe Hicks, Wimbledon Art Studios, 10 Riverside Road, London SW17 0BB
Artwork/Artworks refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 4 hours without giving any reason for doing so for any original artwork, painting, drawing or fine art print purchased on this website.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 4 hours from the time which You received the confirmation email.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day the cancellation is confirmed. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
You have 14 days from the date of Your Order to return your item. You will need to arrange delivery back to Hebe Hicks, Wimbledon Art Studios, 10 Riverside Road, London SW17 0BB, at your own expense. Once the Artwork/Artworks have been delivered and confirmed that they have not been damaged/used We will then refund You by the means you initially paid and email to confirm. You should expect to see the funds in your bank account within 3 - 5 business days.
Conditions for Return
An Artwork may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a new product if it meets the following criteria:
You have contacted us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
The artwork has not been damaged or used.
The artwork is in its original packaging.
The artwork has not been damaged during return shipping.
The artwork will be inspected when it arrives at the studio. Pieces that do not meet the criteria will not be eligible for return.
An Artwork may not be returned and refunded if:
The artwork was commissioned or made to Your specifications or was clearly personalised.
The artwork was made to order.
The artwork has been damaged during unpacking.
The artwork has been damaged during return shipping.
You have not contacted us to process a return within 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Artworks that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Artwork may be refunded. Unfortunately, Artworks on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law
Returning Artworks
Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your artwork (these costs are non-refundable), and for the risk of loss or damage to the artwork during shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for Artworks damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the Artwork or proof of received return delivery.
Fine Art Prints
*** Please note: All of our fine art prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. If there is any issue with your order, or it is damaged in transit, please send an email to hebehicks@gmail.com , and we will be more than happy to assist you!
